Terms & Condition

1. Products & Customization

  • All products listed are handmade or customized, which may lead to slight variations in color, design, or size.

  • Customization details (names, initials, charms, etc.) must be double-checked before placing the order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Orders can be placed online via the website or directly through WhatsApp/Instagram.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

  • Bulk orders require advance confirmation and a minimum of 50% payment upfront.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes (if applicable).

  • Payments can be made securely via our payment gateway (Razorpay/Stripe/UPI).

  • We currently accept only prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available across India.

  • Standard dispatch time: 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on customization and location.

  • We use trusted courier partners, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.) are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Since products are customized, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including designs, images, and logos, are property of Uphaar Udaipur and cannot be used without prior permission.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data such as name, address, and contact details are used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share your data with third parties.

8. Modifications

  • Uphaar Udaipur reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
