1. Products & Customization
All products listed are handmade or customized, which may lead to slight variations in color, design, or size.
Customization details (names, initials, charms, etc.) must be double-checked before placing the order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
2. Order Placement & Confirmation
Orders can be placed online via the website or directly through WhatsApp/Instagram.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Bulk orders require advance confirmation and a minimum of 50% payment upfront.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes (if applicable).
Payments can be made securely via our payment gateway (Razorpay/Stripe/UPI).
We currently accept only prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available across India.
Standard dispatch time: 3β5 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary based on customization and location.
We use trusted courier partners, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.) are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Since products are customized, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7β10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, images, and logos, are property of Uphaar Udaipur and cannot be used without prior permission.
7. Privacy Policy
Customer data such as name, address, and contact details are used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share your data with third parties.
8. Modifications
Uphaar Udaipur reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
